Alyssa Kariofyllis is the Lead Online Engagement Manager at Boston University’s Office of Distance Education. She helps students learn and faculty teach through comprehensive, thoughtful, and efficient support. Her experience as a student, educator, and now administrator of higher education programs informs her work expanding access to resources, managing faculty and student orientations, and breaking down barriers for online students.
